The electric contact pressure gauge is connected in series in the pressure pipeline. When the pipeline pressure is higher than the upper limit value, the pointer of the pressure gauge will contact with the upper limit contact, thus generating an electrical signal. Similarly, when the pipeline pressure is lower than the lower limit value, the pointer of the pressure gauge will contact with the lower limit contact, also generating an electrical signal, which we call the switch signal. The switch signal is connected to the circuit board of the gas alarm box to form a current pulse - when the high-voltage electric signal is connected, the gas alarm device will start the "overpressure" alarm, and at the same time, the overpressure LED indicator will flash; when the low-voltage electric signal is connected, the gas alarm device will start the "undervoltage" alarm, and at the same time, the undervoltage L The ED indicator also flashes. When the pipeline pressure returns to normal, the overpressure or undervoltage alarm will be automatically eliminated, and the system LED indicator will indicate the "normal" state.
